In the term prior to children starting school, parents and caregivers are notified of the school Transition Program.
Times are available for children to visit their new class, to get to know the teachers, other children in the class and the Reception environment and routines.
Parents and caregivers attend a series of short and informal meetings. The aim of these sessions is for parents and caregivers to meet other parents and become more familiar with the school.
